IBM Memo Card on punch card stock c. 1960s-70s. What do you know about these?.

Bottom says "IBM Information Records Division, IBM N38597".

Employees got these & a personalized Lucite holder in lieu of notepads. 

Appears un-googleable. Would love to find a source of these online.
